Day #1 Building a Tiny Home

Hello to All Our Awesome Subscribers:

First we like to thank all those who expressed an interest in our tiny homes
and we are excited to show you within this next 6-7 days on how we are going
to put this whole structure together. 

Today is rather tedious and boring, but is an important day. We have gone to 
home depot, to purchase most of our building materials and got about 1/8 of 
our materials online such as our water pump, tanks, and so forth.

Here are 4 things that we found that can save you money when building a tiny home:

1.) Make sure you purchase at least $2,500 in product at home depot and purchase
those materials at the pro desk and make sure you request a contractors discount
which gives you an extra 10% off on your material. You don't have to be a contractor
to get this discount, just make sure you bring it up and you should get it unless you 
will need to talk to a manager. This will be a big money saver on your tiny home.

2.) When making a purchase online, say you need a water pump. Don't ever buy anything
online unless you search the item you are buying online and look at other resources that
may be selling it for less such as amazon, ebay, or other wholesale sites.

3.) Store your material for your tiny home in a dry place. If you have no place to store
all your material, make sure it is covered with a good tarp or stored in a garage so you
do not get it exposed to the weather. 

4.) Finally last challange today was getting a trailer. Make sure your trailer has breaks that
work and that it also can carry at least 10,000 lbs of weight. We had to search a lot
of dealerships that had this particular type and found a place on craigslist.
